Konoko´s Lariat

This is a Fanart Bungie´s Video Game ONI the Girl´s name is Konoko.
She is currently getting rid of two enemies quite elegantly.
Step 1: Use 1. Enemy as a vertical swing pole and (hopefully) snapping
the neck in the process.
Step 2: Use momentum to Kick remaining enemy.
The move is called Lariat. Thus the title.
