Amaterasu´s Tears

She could only shed tears,
watching the movement of fate´s gears.
For her children were in a calamity of terrible extent.
Powerless in this modern age, helpless against the looming descent.
The last resort, hope and prayer for that they may be saved.
Ancestors and spirits help them, to prevail, and rise unscathed.
