Soot and ash, sparks on the wind.
Suffocation preventing slumber, heart stopping ache.
Belay the issue, belay my existence.
A concern of immanent persistence.
Black and white discerns the world.
Wrong presumption, more of a ghostly grey.
Meaningless, how they go about their business.
All these people, without a care in the world.
A wrong assumption, struggle everyone has to bear.
When truth lies, it is the hardest.
Being fed by the irrationality of rationality.
Racing towards the end of mortality.
